We take pride in being a small, family-run business. Our operation may be small, but our commitment to providing you with the highest quality Belted Galloway beef is anything but. Due to the size of our herd, we may not always have all cuts of beef available at all times. However, we invite you to learn more about our unique process and discover how and when you can place your order for our exceptional beef.

Firstly...
Our cows are raised with care and love right here on our farm. We prioritize their well-being and ensure they have a comfortable and peaceful life. They exclusively feed on grass, which contributes to the exceptional quality and flavor of our beef.
Then...
When the time comes for our cows to be processed, we entrust them to our local butcher, Edge and Son. They handle the slaughtering and expertly, hang it and then cut the meat according to our specifications.


Next...
Our valued subscribers will receive an email notification whenever we have fresh beef boxes available for delivery. This gives our loyal followers the first opportunity to place their orders before we make them available on our website. We believe in rewarding our dedicated customers!
Lastly...
In the event that we have any remaining cuts of beef, we freeze them and make them available for purchase on our website. You can browse our selection and order until these cuts are sold out. We want to ensure that nothing goes to waste and that everyone has the chance to enjoy our delicious beef.
